PAID TO SURF, POINTS PROGRAMS, SURVEYS etc.) naturally made me suspicious. (In Australia at least, there has been a lot of news coverage on ersatz "Paid to Surf" programs.) And if he does live in Shenzen, surely there would be some resources for him to look up these phrases in Mando. Unless there is a regional Shenzen dialect...Could someone fill me in on this? Call me paranoid, but this is 各别... Of course, website, if you can offer a reasonable explanation for all this, you have my forgiveness and sincere apology.
