Train/bus - which is better for scenary from Kunming-Lijiang

What's the better way from Kunming to Lijiang - Is it bus or train? How much difference is there in prices? Which option is better for scenary?

Assuming you mean Lijiang in Yunnan, with the Naxi-style old town: AFAIK there is no train from there to Kunming, so you can only take a bus. If you're not in a hurry but are just travelling, you can stop in Dali for a few days, it's on the way and it's a nice town, although quite touristy.

There is a train from Kunming to Dali. It was a short overnight journey when I did it. Not sure about day trains or views!
