wow, wikipedia is excellent dictionary.

it is not perfect, but it encourages community involvement in recording history, which probably more important than any feature it has...

GetWiki is a fork from the wiki that wikipedia runs on, and is fairly easy to install if you're mildly familiar with php and mysql. Check it out if you want to get your own Chinese wiktionary set up.

I might be working on some software this summer to aid in group translation, which will include a dictionary. If you're serious about getting something set up, please tell me.
