Price level, quality of teaching, dialect, weather?

I am wondering about the following four criteria-:

1.Price level, (where is it cheapest to live?)

2.quality of teaching, (where are the best universities for waiguoren?)

3.dialect, (do locals speak putonhua?)

4.weather/climate, (is the climate pleasant?)

-regarding studies in the region around Beijing and Tianjin, or if you can recommend another location where the putonhua is spoken cleraly.

I´m very thankfull for all information and responses.

Peking ist in Nodchina und sehr kalt und unglaublich trocken. Zwar ist Peking ganz ganz langweilig.

1. in Kanton (GuangZhou) wärmer und sehr gute Klima in Kanton und Kanton ist sehr interessant.

2. Du kannst auch nach Deutschland , um chinesisch zu studieren. Hier in Deutschland ist Studium kostenlos. In Berlin, FU, HU gibt es Sinologie.

Berlin ist eine sehr coole und schöne Stadt.

I suggest you can choose GuangZhou or Berlin.

Beijing (Peking ) is very very boring city, and the weather und clima are

very bad there, too dry, and very very bad food.

GuangZhou ( near Hongkong) there better, always very warm and

very good food and good to visit HongKong ( many trains and bus there

to Hongkong and Macau). but Hongkong is 10 times expensive than

GuangZhou.

2, You can come to Berlin to study chinese too. In Berlin there have man langugage School, you can lean chinese here. And in Berlin there

have 2 very good University, you can stay here in Berlin to

study chinese in University. In Germany it is free ( no Study--Fee) wenn

man study in Germany. You can vist www.daad.de

Study in Germany ( Berlin) very good, here the living very cheap too, the

accounant cheaper than in Peking oder in big city in China.

Though Germany very north in Europa, but it is very warm und mild in Winter ( with Peking here is nearly Spring). and in Summer berlin

very cool and beautiful too.
