How to quote others?

When you reply to a topic, in the toolbar there is quote bubble (3rd from the right, in between the image of the envelope and the <> button).

There is no button to quote an entire post automatically. You need to copy and paste the sections you want. This is to ensure that people think about what they are quoting, rather than quoting an entire post wholesale when they only really needed one or two lines.

I just can't find a "quote" button.

Me neither, that's what made me find this thread :P

I'm just posting this post to see if it works to enter a nick into the quote brackets.

I have been browsing this forum a bit now, and I always see quotes that are quoted without actually quoting a specific person, it's like ... just a quote ... from ... somewhere ... :P

I don't find any "Preview" button either... ... ah, never mind, found it. I had to click the "More Reply Options" button. Zhen mafan, but ok, I'll live with it.

Hmm, seems the

did not work :wall
