carraimartina Posted April 28, 2012 at 10:09 AM Report Share Posted April 28, 2012 at 10:09 AM Hello. I am having troubles translating the part of a sentence in object, here you are the whole sentence ( it is a part of a chinese article where the author describes the habits of italian people ):嗓门奇大叫唤孩子吃饭的妈妈,骑摩托车四处奔驰,说话像放连珠炮似的年轻人,和隔邻西欧国家给人的感觉完全不一样。 Maybe it could be something like: young people's voice is like a cannon ball?? Plese help! Thank you in advance!!

skylee Posted April 28, 2012 at 03:00 PM Report Share Posted April 28, 2012 at 03:00 PM Consider - Young people who (drive around on mopeds/motor cycles and) talk fast and non-stop. For 連珠炮, take a look at word 14 here -> http://humanum.arts.cuhk.edu.hk/cgi-bin/agrep-lindict?query=%b3%73&category=wholerecord 連珠炮發 is a common description of fast talking.
