I've previously studied at BLCU and Beijing Gongye Daxue (北京工业大学) in Chaoyang. We'll be living near Dongzhimen for his work so I want to find a uni/private school which can help me get a student visa. Any ideas? I'm happy to catch buses/the subway/ride a bike but want to get something close by (that won't break the bank). I had thought of Er wai but the commute would be a killer...as would the commute to Haidian everyday. I'm not sure I can face another year sitting in Be Gong Da's classrooms! There's Tsinghua's Academy of Arts and Design a little north of Guomao, but they don't do Chinese courses, you'd need to study something arty.
