icebear Posted April 26, 2013 at 02:11 AM Report Share Posted April 26, 2013 at 02:11 AM Error I've noticed since coming back to the forum more from a browser (rather than iPad forums app). When I click my name in the top right, a drop down menu appears. In the bottom right of this menu is "Mark all as read". When I select this seemingly nothing happens - what does happen, is a further popup with options appears at the very very bottom of the page (I only see it if a scroll down to find it), which are all functional. The error being that this second popup should be aligned near the top of the page so that people don't think the function is broken. Have reproduced this on several machines, in both IE and Chrome. Let me know if you need more details.
roddy Posted April 26, 2013 at 07:39 AM Report Share Posted April 26, 2013 at 07:39 AM Right enough. I can see what's happened there, will fix it after the weekend.
roddy Posted May 2, 2013 at 09:55 AM Report Share Posted May 2, 2013 at 09:55 AM Should be fixed now - the header link just marks all as read, no need to select any other options.
gougou Posted May 2, 2013 at 11:58 AM Report Share Posted May 2, 2013 at 11:58 AM Oh, but now the bottom link needs more than one click...
icebear Posted October 20, 2013 at 11:25 AM Author Report Share Posted October 20, 2013 at 11:25 AM This functionality seems to be broken again - on OSX, using either Chrome or Safari.
roddy Posted October 20, 2013 at 05:22 PM Report Share Posted October 20, 2013 at 05:22 PM Must have forgotten to add the fix to my changelog, and therefore not made it when last upgrading. Will fix tomorrow.

icebear Posted June 10, 2014 at 02:09 PM Author Report Share Posted June 10, 2014 at 02:09 PM This hasn't been working again for me - I'm unable to expand the menu from my login-name in the top right. Tried clearing my cache, but no relieve so far...
roddy Posted June 10, 2014 at 02:15 PM Report Share Posted June 10, 2014 at 02:15 PM Grawt was having similar trouble a day or two ago, I think. Are you suffering slow speed in general? I've been suggesting people try the mobile theme (can switch at bottom left) to see if that helps, but it doesn't seem to. There's another 'mark all read' link down there though. icebear Posted June 17, 2014 at 12:57 AM Author Report Share Posted June 17, 2014 at 12:57 AM @roddy Thanks for the tip. After digging through my VPN settings (which I thought would solve this issue) I realized I had it set to Smart Mode, which doesn't filter sites it thinks are accessible in China. As a result I was getting very slow times and unable to load menus on this website. I've forced this site through the filter and all seems well again. Appreciate the tip!
