On Ads

I've recently (as of early August) started showing ads to registered members as well as guests. Ads cover the running costs of the forums and in part allow me to justify some of the time I spend maintaining the site.

I know some people will object to advertising, so I've made it possible to hide the ads on discussion pages - visit the Usergroups page of the User Control Panel, and opt to join the 'Hide Ads' group - should take around five seconds. You will need to be a registered user before hand.
