Generally speaking everything is available, as long as it's not a) providing Chinese language news content, like the BBC / VOA, B) provides free hosting (geocities, blog sites) and c) a thorn in the side of Chinese government (Amnesty, et al). The internet radio from www.sirius.com/faqs costs about $13 USD a month. It's great for those who want to keep up with NFL football or just listening to music from home.
