It teaches 22 lessons (about 500 characters) After a short browse it looks really excellent. http://www.ctcfl.ox.ac.uk has also other nice resources and it's worth a closer look. A little hint: The videos are in MOV format. Most MP3 players will have problems to play those (I guess). But you can extract the the audio part from MOV file and save it as MP3.
