The "official" hire places charge around 40y a day for a Giant, and that's just silly when I know I can buy a might-last-a-week-without-falling-apart one for 120y and then resell what's left of it when I leave. However, I want one which definitely won't fall apart. Basically ... does anyone have a decent bike, with lock, that they can loan me for a week? Did you buy a bike only to turn into a lazy taxi-loving slob? I can put some miles on your bike, and make you feel that you didn't waste your money. Hmm. I'm not making a very good case, am I?
