Did anybody on this forum lived there for longer period of time? How is it there? Curious, I told my (ex)colleagues from sinology department about Changsha and many didn't know where it is. What kind of Sinologist doesn't know Changsha? It is a very important city in Chinese history (Think Chairman Mao!). Sorry, never lived there. Besides, near Changsha is Mawangdui, where alternative versions of Laozi and Yijing were found. And of course, Hunan is Mao Zedong's province. We plan to move there at some point in the future. I love it there! So much to tell its hard to put in writing. What do you want to know and I'll try and answer.
