Part-time Chinese Class while attending Tsinghua Law School

There are plenty of private schools nearby that will let you study pretty much anytime - do a search on here for diquncun (AKA global village), 1on1mandarin (aka the Language Center), and there are plenty more. The universities probably aren't flexible enough to let you just take a few classes when it suits you, although you might want to see what Tsinghua's Chinese department can do for you.
