They do streaming internet in putonghua, and some (but not much Cantonese and also a little Sichuan dialect and English). I'm actually a volunteer for them, so I know... I've been listening to some stations in Henan, Tianjin and Hebei. Mostly news, some call-in shows, music, storytelling, crosstalk and the random traffic report.
