fix corrupted chinese text in mp3 tags?

I'm wondering if anybody is aware of a good program for WIndows XP for fixing corrupted Chinese text in mp3 tags. I have some Chinese music where the characters display fine in the catalog, but the titles turn into garbage when loaded into my mp3 player. In the past I've dealt with this by fixing titles one by one. But there has to be an easier way???

Thanks.

Sounds like a case of Windows using Unicode encoding and your MP3 player expecting something else? Or the other way around. I know that doesn't offer you a solution but it'll help you with your search; for example iTunes will take all your MP3s and convert the tags into Unicode. Might help.
