I was wondering how many siheyuan's for rental have been renovated? and how many have private bathrooms, running hot water etc? How much should i expect to pay for such a siheyuan? On the that's Beijing website, there's a section under the accommodation devoted to courtyards. They look really lovely, as do the pricetags. Definately higher end.
