Street Fighter Posted July 7, 2007 at 02:59 AM Report Share Posted July 7, 2007 at 02:59 AM hi, just wondering if its possible to get a workvisa in mainland china with only a part-time teaching job (less than 16 hours)? do most companies set that up for you? Rincewind Posted July 7, 2007 at 07:29 AM Report Share Posted July 7, 2007 at 07:29 AM Teaching 16 hours a week isn't considered part time work. There are many schools an universities offering full time jobs teaching just 15 hours per week. The university near me offered me 3000 per month + housing for 15 hours per week teaching. So if this is the work load you want, you can get it and your visa/permits.

badr Posted July 8, 2007 at 02:00 PM Report Share Posted July 8, 2007 at 02:00 PM As it's been mentioned, it all depends on the employer and the deal you have with them.
