Zhang Posted July 10, 2007 at 05:54 AM Report Share Posted July 10, 2007 at 05:54 AM Am trying to apply to Universities for Chinese Language Program right now, am considering amongst others Chongqing University, Wuhan University and Huazhong Normal University. Have sent them emails with a few questions but they do not reply, have also tried calling them at various times of the day but they do not answer. Now I am wondering it could be because term has already finished and now is the summer vacation, so noone is in the office? Could it already be too late to apply, when are the deadlines usually around?

Kristyx Posted July 10, 2007 at 08:14 AM Report Share Posted July 10, 2007 at 08:14 AM The application deadline must be close. The university I'll be studying at has an application deadline of July 25th. Check out their websites, they usually put the deadline on their sites. roddy Posted July 10, 2007 at 04:44 PM Report Share Posted July 10, 2007 at 04:44 PM Try a fax if possible. With phones you have to get someone to answer the phone, know the answer, speak English. Emails need the person who knows how to use the computers to be there. Faxes are physical and lie around the office waiting to be dealt with.
