北京市菜单英文译法

北京政府又来新花样了:中国菜要有正式的英文名字。从此,我们不会再遇到把“童子鸡”翻译成"virgin chiken", 把“干锅鸡”翻译成“fucking pan chiken”这样的尴尬了。

政府正在向社会各界——尤其是使用英语的外籍人士——征求意见。

下面是部分译名(附件里有全部译名):

1夫妻肺片 Pork Lungsin Chili Sauce

  2 红烧狮子头 Stewed Pork BallinBrown Sauce

  3 回锅肉片 Sautéed Sliced Pork with Pepper andChili

  4 酱猪手 Braised Pig Feetin BrownSauce

  5 京酱肉丝 Sautéed Shredded Pork in Sweet BeanSauce

  6 木须肉 Sautéed Sliced Pork, Eggs and BlackFungus

  7 糖醋排骨 Sweet and Sour SpareRibs

  8 四喜丸子 Four-Joy Meatballs (Meat Balls Braised withBrown Sauce)

  9 当红炸子鸡 Deep-FriedChicken

  10 宫保鸡丁 Kung Pao Chicken

  11口水鸡 Steamed Chicken with Chili Sauce

我觉得有的名字挺有意思的,不过有的就有点奇怪了。大家都来看看吧。:lol:
