With the Yale spellings, 万物 is maan6 mat6 and 一样 is yat1 yeung6. As far as I know, 没有 is not used in normal spoken Cantonese, but corresponds to 冇 mou5. If you visit www.zhongwen.com, you can use Mandarin to look up Cantonese pronunciations by clicking on the Cantonese link at the bottom of the definitions.
