I came to Beijing from Dalian last week before heading back home to the states. I wanted to stock up on a lot of Chinese learning materials for when i'm in the states, so I sent an e-mail to them asking for about 750 RMB worth of books/tapes, etc on Friday. They tracked down all the materials I needed over the weekend and were quick to respond to my e-mails. Also, it was a tough request since my flight left Beijing at 1:00 PM on Monday, so they offered to deliver the materials early to me on Monday morning for a small fee. Ultimately, they delivered. Ordered a couple of books I couldn't find up here in Dalian on the 28th, paid by Paypal, excellent communication and most importantly the books arrived promptly and well packed.
