skylee Posted December 25, 2007 at 01:34 PM Author Report Share Posted December 25, 2007 at 01:34 PM 是哪一句話不明白？ 香港有陪審員制度，大部分成年人都有可能被選為陪審員。如果被選上了，除非有法庭接受的理由，不然一定要履行責任，缺席就是藐視法庭。有一個人被選上了，卻幾次都沒有出席法院聆訊，於是法官裁定他藐視法庭罪名成立，判他即時入獄三星期（立刻被送到監獄去坐牢三星期）。 聽説這種案件通常都是罰款了事的，所以我才覺得這案件可怕。 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
