Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) 外國直接投資 Market value of publicly traded shares 公開地貿易份額的市場價值 Current account balance 經常收支差額. or 國際收支? Public debt 公債 Sophistication of company operations and strategy 公司操作和戰略的優雅 Quality of the national business environment 全國商業環境的質量 Networked Readiness Index 網路的準備索引 As always, all help is appreciated and if anyone knows of a good online business/economics Chinese-English dictionary that would be great. Most of the contributions come from those reading and/or translating mainland news texts though - I'm not sure if this accurately reflects terminology in Taiwan. http://www.adsotrans.com/downloads/ Our online editing interface is in simplified Chinese, but the database contains traditional data in addition to simplified data. If you are compiling data and are interested in sharing it in open source fashion (we need permission to distribute content for non-commercial use at a minimum), please get in touch.
