Help with very short translation and transliteration

Hello,

A colleague of mine is part of a choir and they will be taking part in a rally with decorated bikes, theirs will be "dressed up" as a Chinese dragon this year and she asked me if I could write La Chorale du Mont (Mount's Choir, the Mount being le Mont d'Halluin, some place in northern France) in Chinese for them.

Well, as I don't want their bike to be branded with gibberish, could you please confirm this is correct: 山的合唱队? The mount in question is not very high at all, we're living in flat lands, so there might be something more appropriate than 山.

As an added bonus, would anyone have an idea how to transliterate Halluin (town name)? I do not know how to type phonetics but the H is not prononced, the U a French U (obviously) and IN is pronounced as in the French bain, if that helps, so three syllables A (as in the English cat), LU and IN.

Thanks in advance for any help.
