Hi everyone. 我已经很久没说华语了，生锈了很多。我想参加一种演讲比赛。我是个来自印尼的华侨。以前在马来西亚和新加坡读过书，所以学会了英文和华文。。。但是因为比较常英文，我的华语满退步了。所以呢，我想请大家帮帮忙

我想在华文比赛说出以下的段落：

"A few days ago,I took a look at this organisation's website, and I must say that I totally agree with this organisation's vision and mission statement. This organisation aims to promote appreciation for our Chinese culture and heritage amongst our current generation. Personally, I am disappointed that some of my friends actively shun and disregard our culture and mother tongue, mainly because they have become too westernized and/or influenced by other countries' cultures. I hope one day I may be able to change these people's perception, one person at a time. This is my main motivation in participating in this competition - increasing awareness of our cultural heritage and identity."
