I was in Office Depot, and saw a product, Avery Mailing Seals #5248. You can feed them through an ink jet or laser printer and they are clear and 1 inch diameter circles, 15 per sheet. I got them and was able to make my name chop (my current avatar) in Microsoft Publisher, and then transfer it to a template in Microsoft Word to print the seals. I now have clear 1 inch stickers with my name chop that I can make any time I want for 2 cents each.
