I'm now back home in the UK and have been taking some Chinese painting classes. I'm thinking of spending a month or so in China taking classes somewhere there - calligraphy and painting. Is anyone using this forum in China taking painting classes or courses? I'm looking for part-time classes, short courses, that sort of thing - not a full-time course. I'm looking for recommendations for 国画 teaching, not western painting. From university websites, it looks as if everywhere that offers Chinese language courses offers painting classes as an optional additional course. One Kunming university offers it the other way round. But I'd appreciate anyone's recommendations (or otherwise) on this - for anywhere in China.
