The following URL will give you feed for forums with IDs 10 and 33 with latest posts. http://www.chinese-forums.com/external.php?type=rss2&forumids=33,10&items=active&lastpost=true Forum ID is a number in parameter f in forum URL. For example, forum Music has URL http://www.chinese-forums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=13 so to add this forum to your feed you need to add 13 to the list like this forumids=33,10,13.
