I checked on Japan Travel centr, TST, Hong Kong and can still pick up a 3 month single entry L visa in HK($700HKD apprx) there by the looks of it...no notices contrary on their website...but maybe F visa Solution 2 offered below is better? We can help you F visa extend ,six months or 12 months. The price is 2800rmb+the government fee =2960rmb ,this is 6 month F visa fee. This is good choice.
