I remember this guy from Youtube who had one of the most amazing and incredible flawless Mandarin I have ever heard. Every video of him on Youtube has been deleted. If you want them they might be available on cctv.com or one of the Chinese video sites. Think the guy's actual name is Daniel Newham if you want to track him down.
