What does it mean? 《条例》规定建设单位与买房人签订的买卖合同中，应当包含前期物业服务合同约定的内容。例如房地产开发项目在规划、设计、施工即项目运作的初期阶段，就应该聘请前期物业管理企业，明确双方的权利和义务。前期物业管理是业主、业主大会选聘物业管理企业之前，由建设单位选聘物业管理企业实施的物业管理。建设单位应当在物业销售前将其制定的《临时公约》向买房人明示并加以说明，以避免日后因为房屋质量发生问题而产生纠纷。 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
