reallych1932 Posted June 23, 2009 at 12:53 PM Report Share Posted June 23, 2009 at 12:53 PM I've been offered a job starting soon. The company told me it will be alright to work on a business visa I don't think this is correct. Should I channce it. What would/could happen if I get caught working on an F VISA? Any experiences/ suggestions greatly appreciated
BrandeX Posted June 24, 2009 at 02:46 AM Report Share Posted June 24, 2009 at 02:46 AM If this is related to your other thread about wanting a 2-4 month summer job, then yes no one is going to go through the Z visa/resident permit acquisition process for a coupe months employee. That is for 1 year. F visa's are often used for short term workers, they are valid for interns and lecturers, which they would presumably write you in as.
