Canto speakers: What does this mean??

I've been watching lots of Cantonese TV serials recently in an attempt to buck up my Canto understanding. Need some translation help for these phrases/words I hear so often in the dialogue.

Toe see - This means something like 'until the time comes ', right?

qing gei (ching kay) - Something I always hear at the beginning of the sentence

qi qin (chi chin?) - Again, a short phrase that I can't quite decipher

phoon hey (phone hey?) - Yet another one

Put chi sor wai - This is something often used when one is politely cursing out at a problem. I want to know the literal and best translation for it

More to come I reckon. Sorry if I got it wrong and didnt quite write in the correct pinyin form. Hope you people understand. Thanks!!

wow. couldn't believe Skylee really decoded them perfectly!

1. Toe see - 到時?

literally word-by-word translatied as "arrive time".

It means "at that time".

e.g.

Toe See Gin (Arrive time see/ see you at that time)

2. Put chi sor wai - 不知所謂?

Literally: No Know one say (In short, it means nonsense. )

e.g.

A:"I love his movie! "

B: "Kui Ho Put chi Sor wai! " (He[his movie] very nonsense)

3. phoon hey (phone hey?) - 歡喜? 風氣?

Yes, it's not possible to recognize it, because of unsure pinyin and tones.

4. qing gei (ching kay) - 千祈 ?

literally: Thousand begs ( under no circumstance [you shouldt do something] )

e.g. Qing Kay Ng Hao Dim Kui (thousand begs no touch it // under no circumstance you should touch it!)

qi qin (chi chin?) - need to know the context.

Doesy 到時 = when the time comes.

Butdzysorwai 不知所謂 = nonsense/BS

Fuenhay 歡喜 = like

Tsinkay 千祈 = hopefully/must

Dzytsin 之前 = before

Tsytsin 黐缠 = stick by/stand by each other, as in love.
