Currently, I am thinking of getting the visa when I get out of high school, and also participate in the Beijing Municipal Scholarship program. I have a question; The Chinese Enbassy of the United States website currently states that people with mental disorders are NOT allowed to go to China. I am Bipolar, and I am wondering if this would ever present me a problem when I try to apply for the visa? Although I am Bipolar, It has been addressed, and I have been taking all of my medicines that have been assigned to me for my mental condition, and currently, I have no other significant problems with my mental health.
