grandfather's calligraphy

Hello!

I found some calligraphy that my grandpa wrote and am highly curious as to what it means. I can read some of the characters, but a lot of them i do not recognize. If anyone can help me decipher what this means, I would truly appreciate it! I have highlighted a part that I am particularly interested in.

Thanks in advance :)

It's a record of a pleasure trip to the Gan River in Nanchang. Your grandfather describes a recently-extended old-style (architecturally - mentions tiles and columns) restaurant overlooking the banks of the river where (highlighted portion) he enjoys a meal of fresh fish to the sound of fisherman's songs, finding great pleasure in the opportunity to relax on holiday now he's retired after a life of hard work.

In the last lines he adapts a poem by Wang Bo, since it also describes an attractive riverside building.

滕王高阁临江者,佩玉鸣鸾罢歌舞。

画栋朝飞南浦云,珠帘暮卷西山雨。

闲云潭影日悠悠,物换星移几度秋。

阁中帝子今何在?槛外长江空自流。

As you can see, your grandfather's poem differs from the original quite a lot.
