Without any context, it's not easy to give anything more than a straight forward translation. You haven't mentioned what you think the sentence means, but if you understand the words you should get something like "Have you offered/given your love/affection?"

Here's an example sentence from nciku to compare:

人人献出一片爱心。

Everybody offered his or her loving care.

There may be less clumsy ways of saying this in English, but it's pointless to guess without know the context.

Yes. 爱心 can be interpreted as 真正的爱在心中.

It implies unselfish love and care for others >> 献出爱心>> 献出关怀>> 关怀他人.

So, we have loving and caring parents >> 有爱心的父母, and Care Bears became 爱心熊 in Mandarin. :mrgreen:

However, since it is often seen in the names of charity organizations, compassion seems like the most appropriate English word for it.
