It is often used to describe the amount of completion (for example how well do you want your steak cooked). In my personal experience I see it written more often than spoken. Other than its usage in describing completion of an object/a project and poll results, you'd also hear it being used in a general sense of percentage/chances of something happening or not (i.e. 4成機會 (40% chance) or 9成機會會下雨 (90% chances of rain), etc.) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
