I'm currently studying Chinese at Chongqing University as a self-supported student, but I want to apply for a scholarship for next year. I am a Canadian and I'm not sure where to send in my application since I am already in China. I tried finding information on the Chinese Embassy in Canada's website but appart from a form, I still couldn't find where to send in my application.
