help~how to translate "试听“ into English?

If you decide to take an art course at school, but you donot know whether it is suited to your taste. So you try the frist three classes, and the first three classes( "试听课“ )is free. If you are satisfied with the first three classes, then you pay.

How to translate the "试听课” into English?

Well the direct translation of 试听课 would be "audition class". But the direct translation isn't really suitable in this situation. But I'm assuming the dictionary is assuming 试听 is one word instead of "try listen class" I would say using "trial classes" would be good.

The art school gives you three trial classes to see whether or not you like it.
