英语我就部怎么会说了 translation help

Hi,

I'm trying to learn how to read/write in Mandarin and have come across a translation problem.

What is the correct translation of this sentence:

英语我就部怎么会说了

Does it mean "I already know how to speak English"?

And what does 部 mean?

I'm guessing it's a typo for 英语我就不怎么会说了.

So is the translation:

英语 = English

我 = I

就 = already

不 = not

怎么 = how

会 = can

说 = to speak

了 = (completed action marker)

I have not learned how to speak English?

imron is right. 英语我就不怎么会说了. stands to > So as to English,I can not speak yet.

"I can't really speak any English" is probably a nicer translation.

@nonfiction, here 怎么 doesn't mean how. '不怎么' means not very/not really.

the first meaning is "i could say english every well", second meaning is that" i could not speak english english yet", so the chinese which stand of two different meaning i guess.
