I have heard little good about the ability of most Chinese hair dressers to bleach 'foreign' hair, and don't get me wrong, I am not blaming them at all.

I was just hoping that someone in Beijing would have a recommendation for a place that they have had a satisfying bleaching/highlighting experience with?
