特别偷快

Well.. to do something 偷偷的 is like "secretly" isn't it? So my guess is that he's secretly happy... but I've not heard it used alone like that (偷) and I've not heard 快 without the 乐.. so it's quite strange to me.

My first thought was the same as Gleaves'. But a quick google showed this:

这个词让我被某些人笑话了很多年,小学时给老大写信,最后写道“祝你偷快”。其实,明白人都知道,这是我祝愿他偷偷地愉快,后来冯巩还拍了部电影《没事偷着乐》对这个词作了准确解释。

depends on the context of the letter. 99% chance its a mis-spelling. even if some famous personalities might have used 偷快, most chinese wont use that. anyway it's not a generally recognised term, not in dictionaries, and your teacher wont teach you that.

its either 愉快 or 痛快, and i believe 愉快 should be the word. 痛快 is pretty strong and it suggest matters with more excitment or adrenaline.
