xuechengfeng Posted September 25, 2004 at 09:57 PM Report Share Posted September 25, 2004 at 09:57 PM Long link shrunk. Roddy I downloaded a program for Chinese a long time ago, and now I'm trying to delete it because it's in all Chinese and useless and confusing to me, but when I try to delete it it says this is the program and I have insufficient memory to delete. Sorry for the sloppy characters, only so much you can do in Microsoft paint.

skylee Posted September 26, 2004 at 11:27 AM Report Share Posted September 26, 2004 at 11:27 AM Have you tried the uninstall function of the control panel of your windows? (Surely someone else would give you better advice ...)

Quest Posted September 26, 2004 at 03:41 PM Report Share Posted September 26, 2004 at 03:41 PM try this: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=247501 but you will still have to delete the installed folders and files manually. The best way to do it would be to remove the add/remove link first, then install the program again, and then use the program's uninstall function to remove it. If you do not trust the program, try to use this http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,4149,9882,00.asp program to track traces for a clean wipe.
