Jason. Posted November 2, 2010 at 01:07 PM Report Share Posted November 2, 2010 at 01:07 PM Hey I'm currently studying at Jiao Tong but have missed quite a few classes for various reasons (work, travel etc) and probably over whatever official limit they impose. I was wondering if anyone had experience with this situation? Do you think they are likely to cancel my RP at the end of the semester regardless of whether or not I want to pay and continue for another? Thanks in advance. adrianlondon Posted November 2, 2010 at 08:44 PM Report Share Posted November 2, 2010 at 08:44 PM If they take your money, no. If they refuse, maybe. Don't give them your passport ;) In that case just find another place to register for a semester.
Xiwang Posted November 3, 2010 at 08:17 PM Report Share Posted November 3, 2010 at 08:17 PM I had an acquaintance who was enrolled at Jiaotong during last year's school year but barely showed up for classes because he was studying for a financial accreditation exam. His visa was not affected, although he did explain and apologize to his teachers.
