tetsuo500 Posted October 25, 2004 at 08:03 AM Report Share Posted October 25, 2004 at 08:03 AM Let's cut to the chase, my Chinese teacher in Taiwan has given me a Chinese name, but I think it kind of sucks, it's: 唐吉 So my Taiwanese friend gave me another name, which is: 翼翔 I like the name my friend gave me, because I think it sounds much better, and it given to me by my friend. What does everyone think? Good or bad? Sound Chinese enough? Too many feather radicals? Heros in Chinese history who had this name include 項羽, 關羽 (they did not win, but they are very well respected even today). IMHO, there are too many wings (and strokes as well) in 翼翔.
