Also had "human interest" stuff about their families, and so on. The colonel was even having an affair with the wife of one of his shooters/operators. In last night's episode of the CCTV1 show, one of the guys gets shot during what is supposed to be a training mission. His girlfriend shows up beside his hospital bed and first gives him a heated piece of her mind about engaging in such hazardous activities. Then she softens and says "Be all you can be" in English with a smile. What a strange cultural bridge that was, to toss in a US Army recruiting slogan.
