I'd really like to go to Beijing to study, but she's having a hard time hooking up with a job there. It's been suggested to us that we just go and that she'd have an easy time finding a position once we get there, but she's pretty set on finding a job from the States through AES or a similar organization that has relationships with schools and offers some external support to its teachers. Advice on good places for her to look for jobs in Beijing would be greatly appreciated. One place we do both have good leads is Xi'an. Anyone out there have any opinion on the relative quality of the program at Xian Jiaotong University compared to other schools in the area or the usual suspects--BeiDa, Tsinghua, etc.--in Beijing?
