We´re planning on going to Beijing in July to attend summer school before the semester begins. I have been searching around the web on how to find a decent apartment, but it seems a bit tricky to find a nice agent who doesn´t want to trick us. I would very much like to know if there are anyone here who would recommend an estate agent who preferrebly speaks English and who will show us apartments around the Haidian district. Is there anyone here who would like to share their experience on how to go about apartment hunting in Beijing?
