Not including Fees and accomdation (as those will be fixed prices). For example I currently teach in Hunan province and I probably spend 300-400yuan a week on living costs (food, fun etc). Thanks. This covers food, some grocery, internet, cellphone load, transportation smart card, etc. No shopping. Food costs somewhere 15-25RMB/meal. 10RMB and below for canteen food.
